Individual Sessions

​

During these sessions, we'll work together on your goals to ensure long-lasting change. Each session is 45-50 minutes and is $175.

​In addition to traditional one-on-one counseling, we can also include personalized services such as:

​

  • Home visit to declutter your fridge, freezer and pantry ($250)

  • Personalized tour of your favorite supermarket, with your needs in mind ($250)

  • Personalized cooking lessons and recipes ($250)

  • Family meal planning (price varies dependent upon needs)

​15-Minute Phone Check-Ins

 

For clients who don’t need an entire 50-minute follow-up session, but want to check in with us regarding their progress, we offer convenient 15-minute phone calls for $40.

​Pre- and Post-Operative Care

​

Often times, patients undergoing surgery or medical procedures may have have questions regarding their diet. What can I eat? What should I eat? If I have another condition, how will that impact my surgery? How long do I have to alter my diet? If you are scheduled for outpatient surgery or a medical procedure, we can provide counseling specific to your condition in person or on the phone. Contact us for pricing.
