Nervous about taking the plunge? Don't worry - you're not alone! It's why we start with a FREE, no-obligation 15-minute phone call to see if we're a good match. You can ask us any questions about the practice, and we can make sure we're the right people to help. There's absolutely no obligation to set up an appointment during this call. We promise.
This is where everyone starts. We get to know you, your medical history, dietary patterns, health concerns, and goals. Based on your specific needs, you'll leave this 75-minute meeting with initial strategies as well as recommendations for a follow-up plan. Initial assessments are $250.
These sessions, as the name suggests, follow the initial assessment. This is where the real implementation work begins: working together on your goals to ensure long-lasting change. Each session is 50 minutes, and are $175.
In addition to traditional one-on-one counseling, these follow-up sessions can also include personalized services such as:
Home visit to declutter your fridge, freezer and pantry
